Chief Metropolitan Magistrate of Delhi’s Patiala House Court Pankaj Sharma has refused bail to Neeraj Bishnoi, a 21-year-old engineering student arrested from Assam within the Bulli Bai app case. And has said that “It is an insult to communal harmony to guard a select community and society.”

The Court said that “The facts disclose that accused created the App “bullibai”  Woman journalists and celebrities of a selected community who are famous on social media are targeted and they are projected in a bad light with an objective to insult and humiliate them by objectification,”

While making the arrest, the police had claimed that he was the conspirator and creator of the Bully by app on GitHub.

From the facts, it seems that the accused has created the app “Bullibai” where women journalists, celebrities and a selected community who are famous on social media are targeted and are being unfairly abused to humiliate them.

In a report submitted by NDTV, there have three accounts in the Bully by app. Jha on this app. Opened an account under the name Khalsa Supremacist, then on December 31, he also changed the names of the accounts to make them appear as if they allegedly belonged to a particular community.
