Unlike crimes against people brought to the notice by officials but cruelty to animals, animal husbandry stays unreported and it is increasing day by day.

India has laws to prevent animal cruelty but still cruelty to animals is still there in places everywhere in India.

Recently, Karnataka gave the response of the State Government on a plea challenging the direction to hand over the elephant from the temple to the forest area.

Elephants should accompany the other animals of their breed with whom they enjoy. They are also living in the environment and country as we are.

Animals belong to the forest area where they are grown up and see their childhood. It’s their birthplace and we can’t scratch it off from them just so for our utter benefit. This is so ungrateful to them.

Our modern society is slowly and gradually becoming helpless and heartless which is not acceptable for our country. We should respect our country’s integrity which is linked with our culture and respect to protect the Wildlife of our country. It’s not only our fundamental duty to preserve it as a citizen but also a moral duty towards our country.
