About the Speaker:- 

Ms. Manika Gandhi is a Ph. D scholar. She has completed her Bachelors in Commerce from Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi. She has completed her Bachelors in Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and Masters in Law from Amity University, Noida.

Ms. Gandhi is also a Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.

She has extensive experience in both academic and practical field of law, as she has worked both as an Assistant Professor of law and in the corporate world of KPMG India Pvt. Ltd and for a Law firm handling corporate litigation while continuing teaching students are pursuing CLAT. Ms. Gandhi has her expertise in Commercial and business laws and has completed many pieces of training and certificate courses on the subject, such as a Diploma Course in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute. Her professional membership includes members of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India and the Bar Council of India.

Ms. Gandhi has been felicitated and Awarded by ICSI as the Best Speaker & Best Participant in the Management Skills Orientation Programme by the Vice President, Chairman, and Past Chairman of ICSI

Ms. Gandhi is also a Gold Medalist in LL.M and has numerous publications to her name, including reputable journals falling on the UGC Care list. Further, she has been invited to Judge many reputable National and International levels competitions such as Mediation, Arbitration, and Moot Court Competitions and provides guidance and feedback to the participants to improve. Ms. Gandhi actively guides and mentors young students interested in law and commerce.
