Satram Dass B & Co. (SDB) is a full-service, leading independent law firm founded in 1977. Spread over two offices, the firm houses four partners. We specialize in real estate, litigation and dispute resolution, corporate mergers & acquisitions, and banking & finance. About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assist in tax assessments and litigation
- Work on incorporation of foreign company and liaison offices
- Take care of accounting operations

- are available for full time (in-office) internship
