Petition filed by a father in the Bombay High Court, Claiming Covid vaccine for the death of his Daughter.

Recently, a father has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking compensation of Rs 1,000 crore for the death of his daughter. He alleges that his daughter died due to a side effect of the Covid-19 vaccine.

Dilip Lunavat (petitioner) has stated that his daughter Snehal Lunavat, who was studying in a medical college in Nagpur, took the dose of Covishield Vaccine on January 28, 2021: and after a month due to its side effects, he died on March 1, 2021.

In the petition, the Covishield vaccine maker Serum Institute of India, its affiliate Bill Gates along state and central officials have also been accused.

He further said that not long ago, the Union of India, in its affidavit dated November 28, 2021: (Jacob Pulyiel vs union of India Case), had submitted before the Supreme Court that the companies which are manufacturing the vaccine, according to Indian law, should not be given any Immunity is not available. He will be responsible for his actions.

He responded by highlighting an email: he had written to the Serum Institute.

“Accidents and deaths like these are common in any primary vaccination campaign but are not caused by vaccines, which are a part of the background rate of incidence. As we all know, the known adverse reactions with Covishield have been injection site reactions, fever, cardiovascular headache, malaise, fatigue, etc. These are mild to moderate in severity and get better within a few days of vaccination.”

He notified that he had forced his daughter to take the vaccine as she was a healthy and aware activist. False statements made by the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI), and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), that vaccines are safe, they trusted him.

The petition has demanded that for the death of his daughter, compensation should be given to him.

He demanded 1,000 crores in the petition saying that, “he lost his elder daughter, who was just 33 years old. His pain can neither be explained in words nor can it be met in the money”. But they can be helped in some way only by giving compensation”.

The petitioner demanded that his daughter be declared a martyr and a dedicated research institute be opened in India in the name of Dr. Snehal Lunawat.

Accurate data on deaths due to vaccination is being suppressed. For this, demand has been made to direct the Union of India to take action against Google, YouTube, etc.

He said that she was bleeding, clotting with low platelets, which is associated with Astra Zeneca, and the Covishield vaccine abroad. She then suffered an intracranial brain hemorrhage. Doctors performed clot removal surgery. After that, she was also kept on a ventilator for 14 days in Gurgaon, but there was no improvement in her condition.

The first dose of the Covishield vaccine was administered by his daughter on 28 January 2021: in Nashik. On February 5, suddenly she had a headache. It was shown to doctors, who prescribed drugs to diagnose migraines. Then she went to Gurgaon on the afternoon of 6th February and vomited several times with fatigue at 2 pm on the midnight of 7th February.
