This Friday morning, PM modi announced the Repealing of all three farm laws and requested Farmers toh quit the protest and return back home to their families and loved ones.
It’s been a long time since Farmers was protesting against central government to declare the new farm laws stating that these are against the farmers will.
Since last year’s October’s 2020 Farmers from Punjab and Haryana was protesting against All three farm laws which was enacted by centre in 2020. Farmer leader Rakesh tikait with his numerous supporters since then was against these three farm laws and hosted many rallies and Dharnas to protest against the farm Laws. Much disputed protest of farmers which was climbing lal kila on 26th of January 2021 and hoisting flags taller than Indian National flag brought this whole protest more into the tips of News.
Supreme court also directed many time to protesting farmers that peaceful protests shouldn’t hinder the ease of normal people travelling from one place to another and also directed the farmers to vacate the connecting Roads to other cities.
This Friday morning centre announced that they are repealing the all three controversial farm laws and the constitutional proceedings of it will begin soon once the parliament session begins this month.
Opposition party welcomes the decision of centre but criticizing at the same time.
PM Modi apologised and said that the government “failed to convince a section of farmers” over the farm laws.
