Actor Salman Khan often takes an opening from work and spends time at his farmhouse in Panvel, Mumbai. Whose photos and videos they often share with fans on social media. Recently, Salman Khan filed a defamation case against the neighbor of his farmhouse. On which now the Mumbai City Civil Court has refused to pass any interim restraining order in favor of Salman Khan on Friday.
The next hearing within the case are continued on January 21.

Actually, Salman Khan had alleged that Ketan Kakkar, the owner of the land near his farmhouse in Panvel, has tried to defame him during an interview given to a YouTube channel. Judge Anil H Laddad has ordered Ketan Kakkar to file his reply on the defamation case filed by Salman Khan and also the court has fixed January 21 for the subsequent hearing within the matter.
According to the petition filed by Salman Khan, Ketan Kakkar had told abusively against the actor ( Salman khan) in an interview given to a YouTuber. Two others people who participated within the show have also been named as respondents. During that case, except from YouTube, Salman has also included the names of social media sites like FB, Twitter and Google in his case. They need to demand that this abusive content should be directed to be blocked and faraway from every website.
Salman Khan has also sought suspension of social media accounts of Kakkar and other respondents like YouTubers Sandeep Phogat, Paras Bhat and Ujjwal Narayan.
Salman Khan said in his lawsuit that several derogatory remarks are made against him. During which there’s no truth.
The suit said that “The comments made by the defendants are beyond the scope of unbiased commentary,”
Salman Khan’s lawyers have demanded an order from the court that Ketan Kakkar shouldn’t make any extent further statement regarding that matter during the pendency of the trial. However, Ketan’s lawyers Aditya Pratap and Abha Singh have opposed this demand. Ketan’s lawyers said that the papers of the case were found only on Thursday evening and therefore the entire trial couldn’t be seen.
Advocate Abha Singh has also said that there was no urgency and if Salman Khan had waited for a month to file the suit, Ketan should get some time to file a reply. After this, Judge Anil H Laddad adjourned the hearing.
Salman often goes to the farmhouse with the family, Salman Khan lives with his family in Bandra, Mumbai. But, he often goes to his farmhouse in Panvel to spend quality time with the family. His neighbour Ketan Kakkar also hails from Mumbai and Incorporates a plot on the Hill near Salman Khan’s farmhouse.
