The high court of Delhi and district courts in the national capital of India will start a full physical hearing from March 2.
Hearing through online mode or virtual mode will be permitted in exceptional cases.
Hearing which is going through virtual mode shall switch to hybrid mode from 14th February and it will continue till the last date of February.
The Registrar of Delhi High Court issued a notice on Friday that “The aforesaid arrangement shall continue up till February 28, 2022, and from March 2, 2022, there shall be the complete resumption of physical hearings in this Court. After the complete resumption of the physical hearing, the Courts may, in exceptional circumstances on a case-to-case basis, permit hybrid video-conferencing hearing.”
The notice stated that all the advocates, litigants, lawyers, and officials should have to follow the guidelines, directions, and Covid-19 protocols issued by the Central government.
The notice also stated that all officials try to get themselves vaccinated with both doses of vaccine at the earliest.
